Our Story
A homegrown Southwest Florida business, built one dino jeep at a time.
Meet The Founder
Alex Mendez
Jurassic Racers started the way a lot of good ideas do — in a garage, with a stock ride-on toy and a lot more imagination. Founder Alex Mendez began building custom Jurassic-themed jeeps as a side passion.
What started as a personal project quickly turned into something bigger. Word spread through the neighborhood, then across Southwest Florida, and Alex realized these custom builds weren't just cool to look at — they made birthdays, backyard get-togethers, and weekend afternoons genuinely unforgettable for kids and parents alike.
Today, Jurassic Racers is Alex's full expression of that passion: a family-owned rental fleet of dino-themed electric ride-ons, delivered personally to families across Lee, Collier & Charlotte counties. Every booking still carries that same original spirit — building something a little wild, a little fun, and made to create a memory that sticks around long after the party's over.

Memorable Events, Made Simple
Alex's mission for Jurassic Racers has always been the same: take the stress out of party planning and put pure, roaring joy in its place.
Passion-Built Fleet
Every ride is chosen and maintained with the same care Alex put into that very first custom jeep.

Proudly Local
Rooted in Southwest Florida — we understand this community because we're part of it.
Community Roots
Local Family, Local Fun
Jurassic Racers is based right here in Southwest Florida, and it shows — from the way we schedule around hurricane season to how we recommend the best backyard setup for your specific street. We're not a national franchise; we're a family business that happens to keep a fleet of dinosaurs on hand.
Alex still personally checks the fleet before every big weekend, because a Jurassic Racers rental showing up at your event carries the family name.
